The front and back of the screen area is a horizontal coating mechanism, which consists of a coating tank and a mechanical or pneumatic component that controls the angle and pressure of the coating tank.

The two ends of the coating mechanism are mounted on the vertical support arm of the coating machine, and the coating mechanism moves up and down through the transmission of belts, chains or cables to coat the surface of the screen. The transmission mechanism is connected to the servo or variable frequency motor, so that it can operate smoothly and accurately control the position of the coating mechanism.

Before coating, the clean, stretched screen plate is loaded from the front of the coating machine, and some models can also be loaded from the side. In models designed for large-format mesh frames, side-mounted versions are more common, because the mesh frames are large and heavy, and side-mounted versions can make the lifting and moving amounts smaller.

Principle 4

When the automatic screen coating machine is in-line with other automatic screen processing equipment (such as cleaning equipment, recycling equipment, drying equipment and developing machine), it is more convenient to load the plate from the side. No pipe network version is how to install, once the screen is in the correct position, pneumatic clamping device or mechanical clamping device is closed, the screen will be locked. In order to operate more convenient, many models have a foot pedal control version of the clip action, the operator can free up both hands to control the screen.

After installing the screen plate and pouring the corresponding photosensitive emulsion into the automatic coating machine, the coating can be started. Depending on the function of the control system and the device, the device can simultaneously coat both sides of the screen.

Coating method

There are two coating methods, one is to coat the photosensitive emulsion on the screen through multiple wet press wet operations; or to add a drying process after each coating. A machine that quantitatively coats liquid (or melt) polymer materials such as adhesives or coatings on the surface of materials.
