High temperature green tape has excellent high temperature resistance, and has strong corrosion resistance and high pressure resistance. It is mainly used in some electronic products, automobile industry, paint and other high temperature mask industries. So these industry friends, do you know how to use high temperature green tape correctly?

1. High-temperature green tape coating: The repair agent is composed of two components A and B. When used, it must be used in strict accordance with the prescribed proportion. The main agent A and the curing agent B are fully mixed until the color is uniform, and can be used within the specified range. After the time runs out, the remaining glue cannot be used again.

2. High temperature green tape Apply the mixed repair agent on the surface of the treated substrate, apply uniform force when applying, and then press repeatedly to ensure that the material is in full contact with the surface of the substrate to obtain better results. When multi-layer coating is required, the surface of the original coating should be treated before coating;

If it is potted with high temperature resistant glue, it should be cured at room temperature for 24 hours after potting to remove air bubbles, and then enter the high temperature oven to cure at 100°C, the effect will be better. If it cannot be cured at high temperature, it will take 7 days to completely cure at room temperature, and the effect is not as good as high temperature.

3. When the temperature is lower than 25 ℃, the curing time can be appropriately extended. When the temperature is lower than 15 ℃, please use an appropriate heat source for heating (infrared, electric furnace, etc.), but during the heating process, do not directly touch the repaired parts. The correct operation is to keep the heat source at a temperature of 60~80 ℃ at least 40cm from the repair surface for 2~3 hours.
