Retaining wall tape, also known as non-woven tape, is to laminate a non-woven fabric on a polyester film substrate, and then apply a layer of acrylic adhesive with excellent performance on one side of the non-woven fabric.
The retaining wall tape is mainly used for the insulation of UPS power supply, dry-type transformer, high temperature power frequency transformer, gasket (high temperature) and microwave oven transformer. It is mainly used for insulation wraps or retaining walls in the electronics industry, such as transformers, electronic coils and motors.

The insulation of the retaining wall tape shall be strengthened. In order to ensure the creepage distance of the product, when there is a high voltage between the primary and secondary, wall strips are added on both ends or a part of the winding to prevent the current from crawling in the gap between the edges of the winding and the frame and measures to cause the copper wire paint breakdown.
In theory, as long as the retaining wall tape winding has a certain distance from the side wall of the frame. Therefore, there is no need to give up.
A retaining wall tape with strong adhesion includes a retaining wall tape main body, an edge trimming mechanism and a replacement mechanism. The bearing roller is fixed on the inner side of the main body of the retaining wall tape, and the high-viscosity roller is fixed on the outer side of the bearing roller. The adhesive tape, the trimming mechanism including the trimming bearing frame, the width adjusting frame, the non-stick roller, the first fixing clip, the reinforcing nut, the bearing cutter seat, the cutting blade and the adjusting nut, and the trimming bearing frame are fixedly arranged on the top of the bearing roller. The second fixing frame is fixedly arranged on one side of the bottom of the trimming carrier frame, the fastening spring is fixedly arranged on the top of the second fixing frame, and the first fixing has a clip fixed on the other side of the bottom of the trimming carrier frame. A non-stick roller is fixed on the inner side of the dressing carrier frame, and a width adjustment frame is fixedly provided on the top of the dressing carrier. The frame is fixedly provided with a bearing cutter seat on one side of the width adjusting frame. A cutting blade is fixed at the bottom, a bearing knife seat is fixed at one side of the bearing knife seat, and adjusting nuts are arranged on both sides of the width adjusting frame.
Preferably, the replacement mechanism includes a reinforcing spring and a lifting splint, the lifting splint is fixedly arranged on one side of the bearing knife seat corresponding to the connection of the cutting blade, and the bottom of the lifting splint is fixedly provided with a reinforcing spring.
